Here are two flags i made, one in Lightwave and one in Maya.
Lightwave: <!-- m --><a class="postlink" href="http://www.wikiupload.com/download_page.php?id=20989">http://www.wikiupload.com/download_page.php?id=20989</a><!-- m -->
Maya:
<!-- m --><a class="postlink" href="http://www.wikiupload.com/download_page.php?id=21017">http://www.wikiupload.com/download_page.php?id=21017</a><!-- m -->

Tell me which one you like better and what I should change about it.

Erm, I'm sorry, but 83MB is a bit much. I don't know what resolution that is, but I'm sure it can become smaller.

the lightwave one is only 63megs... and the maya is only 24megs...

63 + 24 > 83. I'm sorry for the miscalculation, then. Now I have even less reason to see it...

'Scuse me... only? Do you know exactly how large that is? This picture is 18 megabytes: Hubble 2006 Mosaic. Can you guess how big the actual picture is? 18k pixels! So, do you have any idea how big that flag should be? Only one megabyte.

Either your computer is screwed or you're saving in raw data or something. Get that filesize down, and we'll gladly comment on the actual flags.

Oh, that's why. You're trying to send us movies! Please, don't send movies. Send the actual Lightwave, or send a half-minute clip instead of a half-hour one. This is still impossibly large!

Perhaps make it compile the things in lower quality or something, hmm?

Use video codecs to make your videos smaller, like DivX. You can encode your video with help of virual dub.

You're almost a year too late, there.

EDIT: Better way to do it:
