ok, What is the best way to evolve when you have normal night vision? There is no enough small blue aliens.

Read the Journal logs. You know, these blocks of text you've probably been clicking away
You can open the journal by pressing J, I think.
Everytime you evolve there's a new log added, which also contains info on which aliens you
can now kill for experience / evolution points.

I read them but i ask is there any better way to evolve because there is not enough small blue aliens...

There are always enough aliens, you just have to find them. Look for The Hive, it should be situated north of the ancient ruins.

If you're at Normal Night vision already, then you should be able to kill other aliens for points?

Oh, no, sorry. My bad. I forgot there's a evolve-by-survival phase in the beginning...
If you killed any small blue aliens before having to, you may probably want to restart. Otherwise, there *are* enough, but probably not in the starting area, as E_Net said.
