the game can not find d3d8.dll;
what is it and where can i get it?

It wants this file because the game uses DirectX. You should install DirectX from <!-- w --><a class="postlink" href="http://www.microsoft.com">http://www.microsoft.com</a><!-- w -->

Also, you will need a 3d-capable graphics card to play the game.
